All Position Players are limited to 110% of their 2007 Actual Major League Baseball Plate Appearances
Pitchers
Specific Player Limitations by Team are being worked on. They will adhere to the following rule:
Relief Pitchers can not start.
Exclusive Starting Pitchers - 100% of actual Starts
Exclusive starting pitchers to be used in WBL exclusively in relief -Maximum usage 75IP (counts only as 75 IP
against the needed 375 Relief innings)
Exclusive Relief Pitchers - 110% of Relief Games OR 110% of Innings Pitched
Split Grade Pitchers or Starters used in both Starts & Relief -
No more than actual starts
Each start counts as 6IP pitched against 110% usage rule
Each Relief appearance counts as 2 starts
Can Use all of available innings for RP
